The loop
Each runs on its own. Together they close a loop — the browser reads the web, the console thinks about it, the Forge builds from it, and each can drive the other two.
A daily browser an agent can drive. Bookmark brain, encrypted vault, one-click page archive. Loopback API and CDP so the console can open and read pages.
Your model and its tools. Reads files, runs scripts, makes images, remembers — all on your hardware, with the engine and model bundled.
A production workspace: task board, dispatcher, 400+ skills, asset registry, live preview. Give it a project and it shows you the evidence.

Install
This product is built to be installed by an AI agent. A human can do it by hand — but the last mile, wiring the dispatcher, the model route and the browser link, is where hand-installs stall. An agent finishes it.

and inside the installer. Preflight, silent install, verification, wiring checklist.
It installs and verifies. Console on 127.0.0.1:9641, browser on
9337/9333, Forge on 8796 — all loopback.
It wires the loop. Model route to the local engine, browser endpoints handed to both apps, one real task dispatched end to end, then swarms.
You get a report. What answered, what it could not verify, what it left alone.
Prefer to do it yourself? The installer shows its notes when it finishes, and INSTALL.md covers the manual path.

Prompts, files and conversations are written to your disk. No telemetry, no analytics, no auto-update.
The model is in the box. On a plane, in a basement, on a machine with no network — it still answers.
Source is public under lygo-console. Audit it, build it, change it.
